When you contact Opero, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, organization, subject and message. Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Mailchimp.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, manage newsletter subscriptions and improve the website.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact emails are delivered through Resend, content is managed in Sanity, and newsletter subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp. These providers process only the data needed to deliver their services.
Analytics and cookies
Opero uses privacy-oriented Cloudflare Web Analytics. This website does not use advertising cookies. If non-essential tracking is introduced, consent controls will be added before that tracking is enabled.
Retention and security
Website contact submissions are delivered by email and are not retained in a website database. Opero and its service providers use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information they process.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Opero, and you may unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in any newsletter.
